What is Worth It?
Know the value of the role upfront.
"Worth It?" provides an estimated salary for job postings in your pipeline. It combines data from Adzuna with AI analysis of the job description to give you a realistic compensation range.
This helps you decide if a role meets your financial requirements before you spend 20-30 minutes tailoring your materials.
How to use it
Find estimates on your dashboard.
- Look for the salary estimate on any Job Card in your dashboard.
- If an estimate isn't automatically generated, click "Generate salary estimate".
- Click the ? icon next to an estimate to see the data source and confidence details.
Data Sources
Estimates are based on market data for similar roles in the specified location. They are estimates, not guarantees.
Limitations
When estimates might not appear.
- Unsupported Countries: Currently, estimates are most accurate for roles in the US, UK, and select other regions supported by Adzuna.
- Insufficient Data: If a job description is very vague or the role is highly unique, we may not be able to generate a confident estimate.
